Management was poor, unorganized, and put little effort into demonstrating any leadership abilities. Employees are just numbers on a spreadsheet. They will not often put in the effort to even remember your name or know who you are. Management is absent until they need something from you, but are nowhere to be found when you need something from them. Have on multiple occasions done mass hiring and mass layoffs several months apart from one another, indicative of poor resource management and instability in the workplace.
