Pros
- Overtime pay available. -Random bonuses once in a while. -Printed merchandise for a few well-known clients which made the work a little more interesting.
Cons
-No clearly defined roles or responsibilities resulting in zero accountability when things go wrong. -Owner will tell multiple employees to do the same task which causes more confusion and chaotic situations. -Broken equipment and outdated processes leading to miscommunication and misprinted orders. -A logo can be printed upside down and in yellow ink instead of blue ink but the owner will always blame the customer and fight to not replace the order. -Won't see or hear from management all day only to be told at the end of the shift about the multiple orders that need to be completed that day. -Contradicting procedures that seem to change week to week. -Blatant favoritism to a select few employees.
