There are none! Horrible place to be at, and managed terribly. Treats employees and customers bad, like we are slaves to her product.

Made us pay for shoes by the brand that are 150$ When we are only making 14.00$/hour and 1% commission. Because another girl luckily got to quit.... we were forced to work 12 hour days, breaks are not paid, and the owner Elham Ayoubzadeh who acts as the manager also picks favourites. She treated many of my co workers bad and picked on them for some reason. She does not take to criticism lightly, as her brand Zvelle is apparently the best and number one as she has explained several times. They are ridiculous they discuss previous customers and talk about them in rude and vulgar tones. It isn't right but I need the job. The pay isn't fair either, I believe the owner expects you to work for free cause I've been working there 3 weeks full time and only been paid 600$. I heard from the girl who quit that she tried to give her less hours, and force her to pay for the clothing uniform that she forced us all to wear. Which isn't right and I feel bad for that girl to be honest .... Overall it's very unprofessional environment and no real structure to the company. Pay is crap, and uniform is discriminatory to people especially since she forced us all to go shopping during pre opening to try clothes she wanted us all to wear for uniforms and the girl who quit didn't fit in any of it which is sad and mean to single out the other girl.

None that I can think of.

Ineffective managerial skills. Inconsistent messaging. Lack of leadership. Not transparent in operations before hiring.
