CEO is entirely focused on self-promotion and personal branding rather than substantive value creation. CEO is a complete egomaniac. Communication from the top is frequently abrasive and creates an environment that feels more hierarchical than empowering. More concerning, however, is the underlying content of the program itself. After reviewing the CEO's materials alongside experienced and credible business professionals, much of the guidance appears to lack rigor, depth, and real-world applicability. I highly recommend avoiding this "company" altogether.
