Pros
I have been with eLogic for more than a year, and I am really happy here. The people are great. Management is as smart as can be. I am continually impressed at being with a company that lives its values to the fullest. The tremendous growth has meant that I continue to feel bullish on my personal growth opportunity here.
Cons
Coming from a big company to a small company was more nerve wracking than I anticipated. I was worried that small company culture would be stifling. I have to say, this worry did not pan out. Part of why I came to eLogic was that it felt like I was getting on just before a big growth phase, and so far, that is showing as true. And the management team has responded with new, industry competitive benefits, clear vision into the growth plans, and a sense that the core of the identity for the company's culture will remain intact.
