Pros

Not violent, but still terrible

Cons

Nearly all staff are unprofessional and ready to blame and gaslight you at any moment. My manager blamed me 1 week into a job regarding work from home (that was in the job description before accepting). If management is not on the same page, then it is their problem to get aligned - the solution is not to blame the new hire when he is told 2 different things from 2 managers. My manager hired me but would refuse to speak to me which is highly concerning. Was I hired to be gaslit and blamed? Also, my colleagues were very unprofessional and refused to create any formal procedures. Instead, my colleague would just show up to the testing area with a blank paper and pen. The pay is mediocre especially considering the cost of living. The location is far from any desirable places

Pros

The work is challenging, interesting, and rewarding. It offers strong exposure to industrial control projects and a chance to work with a wide range of people and industries. Great starting point for early career development but not recommended if you are an established professional looking to grow.

Cons

Company has outgrown its internal structure. Processes are inconsistent, outdated, or missing. Teams are stretched thin, output suffers under pressure, and turnover is common. Management to technical staff ratio too high for an engineering company. Core focus seems to be on sales and revenue than technical leadership, staffing, and systems needed to support sustainable delivery.
