Good to gain sales experience, bad for everything else - Senior Sales/Manager esure Employee Review

awful salary Definitely no career progression prospects, they're real fans of secondments, putting talented employees in positions of authority (management/underwriting etc) without making it permanent, purely to get around paying the correct salary for the role. Unfair treatment of employees, I managed a team and was being paid the salary of a customer service employee, because one of my new team members joined the team at a senior customer service level he had a higher salary than me even though he was brand new and I was managing him...not the best for morale!
