Absolute joke of a company. X ads suck and it’s impossible to hit quotas. Scraping (where you take accounts already advertising) is the only way people can hit numbers yet leadership keeps trying to stop it. Good luck getting promoted because most managers here are either former sales managers from other companies who are down on their luck or they got promoted by scraping.
