Pros
Great team spirit where everyone support eachother. Departments are aligned and you feel a real high five culture. The leadership team that motivates personal growth and development and are active in the field. I'm happy to be part of it!
Cons
Transition in to new ICP, needed some ramp up time. We realised already some first successes with great customers but it needed some time.
