      Great work culture. Interesting colleagues with knowledge, expertise and well-developed soft skills. Great work-life balance, Great leadership. Opportunities for remote work from abroad. Trust in employees. Openness to new proposals and ideas. My best work experience so far (in 10+ years)!

      The company was a bit unstable. The unemployment process was very difficult to settle.

      cool projects, amazingly great team, good support from the leaders, practicing modern and agile workflows, able to work with the newest technologies, very experienced and smart leaders, much freedom, cool Office.

      every company has its flaws, but at micobo you feel that the leaders are aware of it and try to solve it.
