Pros
-the only nice things were the benefits,as work from home and flex time
Cons
-People managers are useless or absolutely uneficient -Lack of support,as anybody “has too much to do” -the longer you are in the company,the better it looks for the management -back office is a absolute mess. Nobody could answer any of my questions. - you never know when you will be suspended from a Project and directed to another. What company does things like this ?
