Some of the most intelligent and caring people i have ever met! You have your hands in just about every industry in a face paced environment. Very deadline driven with room to expand your capabilities, and affect your own destiny. My performance has dictated my growth, compensation, and the ability to continue growing each day. You are given the tools to be successful and it is up to you to make it. I respect each and every one of my co workers and they respect me. During COVID, upper management has taken great care of us and i appreciate how thoughtful and caring they have been and continue to be. While i see others around me agree, i also know that other companies are not doing enough. There has been transparency, open minds, and new changes that better the company as a whole. We are trusted and really appreciate everything that is given to me.
