I enjoy the work.
Cons
They raise the starting pay to try to stay competitive but do not raise existing employees pay to match. So the longer you work for tng the lower you fall on their pay scale. WORST my manager used this as the reason I could not have a raise quote "you are not getting a raise since you already make more than some people". Then she hired my replacement at $1 more per hour than I make and asked me to train her. They rely on very heavy turnover to continue this mind blowing disgusting practice . This company abuses, devalues, then discards each person who makes the mistake of applying for work.
