8yThank you for sharing your feedback. We regret that your time at webkeyz involved some negative experiences.
That being said, we were really pained to see that the situations you cited were all recounted inaccurately and taken out of context.
We’d like to clarify a couple of points:
1- Working at webkeyz is indeed a challenge. Because of the nature of our work and the amazing clients we work with, we always strive to produce an outstanding quality of work. Yet we understand that not everyone is able to cope with dynamic, fast-moving environments, and prefer a more relaxed approach to work, which is perfectly understandable.
2- Indeed webkeyz faced a challenge during the transitional period of moving out of the start-up phase. We have learned a lot from the experience and would like to think that we have managed to establish a nurturing, transparent, and empathetic work environment where everyone feels heard and appreciated.
We’d like to thank you again for taking the time to share your thoughts. We assure you that we take all comments into consideration in order to provide a wonderful work environment for all of our employees.
