      High rate of burnout, management issues, product supply issues

      Pros

      They try hard to give the impression of family.

      Cons

      They have made some very poor decisions in management changes, and they don’t really care about how much working time you give. It’s never enough! Product supply problems and quality issues.

      I was hired as a sales representative to replace a retiring employee, I quickly increased sales by 95%.

      Pros

      The company is a small family feel company. The time off policies were generous, the leadership was supporting and the benefits were above average for a company its size.

      Cons

      Actually training was somewhat lacking, however when a question was asked a complete explanation was given for clarity. Personal growth was limited due to the number of promotable opportunities.
