Cons

Hard work gets you nowhere if you don't make sure people know about it. There is a big technical gap between development heads and high technology employees. Development heads are not technical enough to understand what you are doing. Sometimes damned ideas are accepted and for great ideas you have to educate them. Since what makes immediate impact is valued, good ideas that lead to long term company success get nowhere. This is the time when great team members start thinking what the hell they are doing here.

A fun and dynamic environment to work with lots of great professionals. Everyone is very knowledgeable in their respective domains. The environment in Toronto leaves you with lots of room to let loose if you're having a tough or stressful day.

Cons

There is a lot of work to do. The employees really care about the company and everyone's good work ethic tends to rub off on you and you'll find the weeks go by very quickly.
