Pros
- Fun and friendly atmosphere with a family feel - Great ethics and excellent motives behind all business decisions - Flexible and good career progression - Not excessively KPI/ Target Driven - Access to LinkedIn Recruiter and several Job Boards
Cons
- Different leadership styles of the directors/ associate directors takes a little while to adjust to however they all have their strengths. - Longer than your average day however that's recruitment and the office is usually empty by 6pm

Pros
Felt more like a family than an employer. They took time to teach me and help develop my skills. I felt no pressure to perform and deliver from day 1, instead management gave me all the tools necessary and the confidence that the results would come. General atmosphere is great. Everyone gets along outside of work hours and the Christmas party is always great fun! They work with some of the best organisations in the UK and you get to work on some exciting projects and roles. Access to some of the best databases in their industry. Great work space with a pool table in the middle of the office!
Cons
That they don't have an office in North America where I am now living!
