- Some team members are talented (unfortunately many have been fired or left) - Nice brand & product
Cons
- A lot of employees have been hired and fired for bad management decisions. - Many good employees have left - No big focus on sustainability - Negative business outlook - No company culture - No big opportunity for career progression

Like the potential of Every., but in the current setup and mindset, this rocket ship won't fly.
Cons
The whole system of career development is quite unclear, on the one hand, hr is talking about the possibilities, on the other hand, the founders are blocking a general per head budget, so the decision process takes ages, also promoting seems quite random, as well as giving out titles. The office is quite a scary place, which is just quiet, big and filled with some sort of tension in the air.
