      Massive opportunity ahead. Ton of ownership. I’ve grown a lot while here. Leadership is shaping up in a great way.

      Pros

      - The product is amazing. Massive clients - no real competitors. And we make the world a better place for disabled workers. - Publicly owned (no fundraising panic every other year): backed by massive capital and employees have stock/equity with real value - Great benefits and perks, in line with other tech companies - Massive investment in the engineering team (they make up over half the company) - Company offsites twice a year in Puerto Rico and the Catskills - Smart, compassionate, and helpful coworkers - Dog friendly office!

      Cons

      - The office is a little quiet and could use a bit of energy / vibrance (but when most folks are deeply focused engineers, this is kind of expected) - Everyone is super busy, so sometimes it's difficult to get face time with leaders. It can take a while to really develop those relationships and get a sense of who they are
