-The Supervisors treat you like you’re beneath them. My supervisor constantly pulls other employees aside and tells them how horrible they are doing and expects their employee to put a smile on their face after they have just told you how much you suck. -Nepotism is very prominent here. Especially in management. -Pay is horrible, especially starting out. Once you hit a certain pay rate, they refuse to pay you any more, even if you’ve worked there more than 5+ years -Company Motto? Patients ALWAYS come first. The doctors allow patients that arrive 15 minutes - 1 hour late to still be seen for their appointment. Even when clinic is already behind. -Management only cares about the company. For example, an employee’s wife had a baby, and the said wife had some complications after the birth. The said employee asked the supervisor if they could have a day off to ensure that their wife would be okay. The supervisor threatened job loss if they didn’t come to their shift. -supervisors definitely have their favorite techs and receptionists, I’d you aren’t their favorite, they will constantly target you and tell you you’re doing things incorrectly
