He flaunts his money and power at the expense of all those around him surrounding himself with nothing but yes men - and only men - no female management at this company. Following the owners example, some managers verbally and mentally abuse and routinely threaten employees with their jobs. Those that speak up to defend themselves or question company policy are quickly disposed of. Little or no promoting from within and the only way to get a raise is to offer your resignation.
