If I could leave a review with negative 5 stars, I would. This is a very unprofessional, unstructured company. The first experience working with EMS should have been enough (part time 2015 to early 2016) based on how things turned out then. However, I wanted to pick up part-time work again because I was starting to get bored and extra money doesn't hurt. Fast forward to 2019 and nothing has changed. They are still very unorganized, do not know how to communicate effectively or relay information to employees, do not pay adequately, and given it's almost 2020, they do not offer direct deposit... Beware! If you enjoy cleaning professionally, I advise applying to another company.

company chooses to lie to employees about pay increases even though I've been with the company 10 months they decide to up the pay of new hires over and above what i'm making. ask supervisor about a pay increase she tells me that her boss said don't give anyone a raise unless they find out or ask about it! Don't think it's fair that a coworker has been there for 3 years and gives 110% never calls in sick and does everything he is asked and still they hire newbies at the same rate he is making, so he emailed the boss about a pay increase and this problem, that was a week ago, she still hasn't ever said one word to him! VERY POUR MANAGEMENT, NO WONDER HEY HAVE GONE THOUGH 50 PEOPLE IN THE 10 MONTHS I'VE BEEN THERE! If my pay increase is not on my next check like it was promised 4 weeks ago I'M LEAVING AND TAKING AS MANY PEOPLE I CAN WITH ME!!!
