There was zero communication and no respect from management, the owner etc. Which therefore caused bigger problems down the line, resulting in us getting in trouble. Forced to agree to things otherwise you will get fired. Failed to provide us with proper contracts and FAILED to pay us on time and with proper amount. Had to ask numerous of times for our money, and they would always make excuses. WE had to research the laws in Spain in terms of night pay and getting paid in general; that's not something we should have to do. I was forced to change my hours, otherwise I would get fired, and they didn't even bother to change my contract. I kept asking and asking only to get fired for no reason whatsoever and did not even get a proper goodbye from my manager. That is extremely unprofessional. I am also not the only one who got fired with no reason behind it. Management does not listen to you, and it felt like if you were not Spanish or Catalan, you were treated like crap. There was also a lack of care for our customers due to poor management and poor communication and organisation. They failed to understand that they deal with other countries other than Spain, so naturally cultures and the way things are done, are different. Which also caused many problems with customers.
