      Studio and CEO with the worst reputation in Stockholm

      Pros

      + Amazing, kind and talented team + Decent wages + Creative freedom

      Cons

      - Extremly ambitious projects for a very small team. CEO's decision making also leads to a lot of crunch and wasted development time. - The studio and the CEO has some of the worst reputations in the Stockholm area. - No diversity. 100% male team and CEO does not want to hire women. - Several lies over the years regarding simple things such as vacation, compensation and bonuses.

      - Tallented collegues - Office location - Project has potential - Creative work - Pension plan

      Cons

      - Boss have massive mood swings and aggression problems. - Company culture that promotes unpayed overtime. - Emplyees are stressed and pressed until they break. I have seen several people leave or get fired. - Very unclear comunication. - There are no producer role, anyone on the team can come and give a coworker more work that have to be done or they might fail their sprint. (I think the actual office experiment referred to in the company name Experiment 101 is to see how much crunch overtime emplyees can survive)
