Pros

It's all fake, bloated and hyped so none. Reach out to previous employees on Linked In and talk to them directly before joining. If self respect, ethics, career satisfaction, visa status etc. are few things that matters to you do not give a shot.

Cons

Please see list below - = Read your joining letter carefully for all bad one sided clauses. Clause related to ever-delayed bonuses, clause related to one sided notice periods, clause related to ever-delayed reimbursements and so on. Your first feeling will be - "I do not want to sign this crap". Listen to yourself. = Get your visa messed. = Don't expect to get your I-140 document or filing number from them. They will not share as they think by holding it they can stop you from leaving. = You won't get your experience letter. = You will be shown as hero to get double billing from clients but right from the time you give them notice there won't be worst person than you. = They don't have any future. They just have one major client and plans to sell out the company leaving you unemployed anytime, just beware. = Big promises of salary is fake too - if you have your math right major part of your salary will be structured in number of different kinds of bonuses you wouldn't have ever heard of and are tied to some shady clauses which can be called off at any time. = All fake and bloated promises when you join. You will be shown as if you are going to join Apple or Google but only after you join you start feeling the difference and till you realize you have done a mistake you are completely in their trap. = I won't be surprised if this company will be raided and closed down soon with multiple fines and lawsuits. = Other sufferers have already described there experiences. Learn from them and stay away. Save time, there are plenty of good companies out there. If you are really interested in consulting try Deloitte or E&Y or Cap Gemini or KPMG etc.

Pros

They pay, well above the market because I feel they resort to unfair billing practices and milk their clients. Well connected management which helps them bag projects.

Cons

This should be like an appendable vector of endless vile practices, let me try to list a few 1. Most unethical and unscrupulous management 2. They show you the sun, moon and distant galaxies when joining but once you join you would realize that you have made a blunder 3. From experience that includes myself, as indicated by few others here, they try to squeeze out money by citing all sort of excuses, dont give experience letters, intimidate people with legal proceedings. 4. One would feel as if you are part of this movie "The lives of others" which is a nice movie but not when you are the protagonist where the management snoops on your communications, spy on your movements from CCTV and all sort of unethical practices. 5. The HR policy is basically whim of couple of people at the helm and you serve while you enjoy the pleasure of these people after which they would just throw you out. 6.The worst experience of my life which i just want to forget as bad dream

Pros

Technically some people are very strong in this company. But then you get such people in every company. Not a big deal !

Cons

Friends this list is very huge. In a nutshell I would say this company is full of CONS and CONS and just CONS ! The salary offered is way above the market. Some people consider this as Pro but actually this is a Con ! Because when you realize the rest of the CONs in this company and decide to quit then you do not get a proper fitment in any company. And thats what the management wants that whoever have made the mistake to join them should not be able to leave them. They also have a bond of 2 yrs which if you break then need to pay 25 % of your CTC. If you really need to get a feel of each of their cons do join them and write your review here !
