Pros

Probably one of the highest paying company for construction. 3.5K for fresh grad Nothing to do, hence nothing to learn

Cons

Fresh graduates enter at your own risk. Company hired fresh graduates without mentioning that it is a rotation program HR does not plan for the rotation program properly, and you are being thrown around like a ball. Program keeps getting delayed, and you are just sitting around waiting for the program to start, it took half a year to "start". HR forces you to write a training report , which you did not go through. Management bullshits you and use the graduate program as a poster KPI. In reality, fresh graduates are left without departments to go to, not knowing who to report to, and managers who try to squeeze you out of their project so that you are not in their cost centre I wasted a year doing nothing in this company. No department, no project, no clear direction of who your manager is. Young people who fit into certain requirements by the government are pulled out of their departments and projects to go through a rotation program where nothing is done. You have to fend to get into a department yourself. Disgusting to the core. Would give negative stars if possible. Me and my batch graduates were literally looking for proof to report to MOM.

Pros

External marketing presents well, even if the reality in APAC is quite different. Pay is good, but it should be to compensate for the miserable working environment,

Cons

Very outdated management style with limited leadership. No coordination of effort across the APAC region with China operating unto itself. No clue what is happening in other parts of the company. Competent staff leaving without explanation. Office is very outdated. No work on the horizon will put pressure to downsize in the latter part of 2019. HR are little better than administrators.

Pros

Honestly nothing. Nothing that stands postive with me.

Cons

My experience has regrettably been marked by several significant concerns that warrant immediate attention. Firstly, the ongoing practice of headcount reduction without prior notification raises serious concerns regarding employee well-being and demonstrates a lack of empathy. Attempts to engage the HR team in substantive discussions have been unproductive, indicating a deficiency in analytical capabilities. Furthermore, the HR department consistently prioritizes business objectives over employee welfare, as evidenced by decisions resulting in the termination of numerous employees, including those with familial obligations, without adequate notice, thereby placing them in precarious circumstances. The severance packages offered are insufficient and fail to provide meaningful support during their job search. Finally, the absence of emotional or coaching support for departing employees further compounds the challenges faced by those affected.
