Hi , We really value feedback as it helps us to improve. I will be happy to have a chat with you to understand your review in more detail. I see from your signature you were a Product Manager and worked for about 1 year, however, we have not had any product managers in our office for the last 2 years, due to the pandemic and London office refurb, so would like to know more of what you are referring to in regard to the office environment. In terms of work/life balance, we have both full remote and hybrid options (even before covid), people can work their preferred hours (we trust people to organise their own time), we advise our people in the UK to take a minimum of 25 days annual leave (and people in the US 20) however we have an unlimited annual leave policy to ensure our staff can take the time they need to get a work/life balance that works for them. All sdays We also have never unpaid a single day of sickness or dependant leave or any other kind of unpaid leave from any of our employees. In terms of work colleagues, I would comment that in our last engagement survey this was particularly high with mostly everyone stating “I can count on my co-workers to help out when needed” or “My co-workers are open to opinions different from their own”. We have a very open-door policy and encourage all employees past and present to bring up any experience which is not aligned to our values. Overall, different people have different opinions but I would like to have a chat with you in order to fact find what you have stated and if so see how we can improve ourselves
