Pros

Free lunch on Fridays, friendly co-workers.

Cons

Don’t ever expect to make good money at this company. High level of dysfunctionality starts at the top and trickles down. Think twice before you work here or use this company for your consulting needs.

Pros

Good experience, not much more.

Cons

Bad work environment. Company is a pyramid scheme that overcharges and I do not believe it will be around in 5 years.

Pros

Open & inviting office atmosphere, newly renovated.

Cons

Working at FP has been an interesting experience, to say the least. While there are some positive aspects of the work itself, such as a decent team and the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, the influence of nepotism in the company is very apparent. It often feels like certain individuals are given preferential treatment based on personal relationships, rather than merit, which can be frustrating for those of us striving to advance our own abilities and hard work. This can lead to a lack of transparency in decision-making, and at times, it feels like opportunities for growth or recognition are not evenly distributed.
