Working at FP has been an interesting experience, to say the least. While there are some positive aspects of the work itself, such as a decent team and the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, the influence of nepotism in the company is very apparent.
It often feels like certain individuals are given preferential treatment based on personal relationships, rather than merit, which can be frustrating for those of us striving to advance our own abilities and hard work. This can lead to a lack of transparency in decision-making, and at times, it feels like opportunities for growth or recognition are not evenly distributed.
