Pros

No limits on creative input and solutions to optimize performance operationally. While we have growing pains at times, we have an amazing team that truly cares about about the company and each other. Open door policy is encouraged with significant focus on ways to improve internally and externally as we grow, which is a big plus for advancement opportunities. Caring family-oriented owners with big hearts!

Cons

Employee benefit package improvements needed to be better aligned with competition. Somewhat lean management team wearing many hats slows execution and follow through at times.

Wonderful Community

Pros

A small, family owned company that values it's employees and takes great value in their ideas and suggestions. Your personal accomplishments are noticed and rewarded, with upper management open to your ideas for the future of the company and for your place in the company as well. Promotes upward movement and generally hires open positions from within before seeking the outside market. Easy to get a hold of and discuss things with the officers of the company and no concern is treated as unimportant.

Cons

By the nature of a small company, the benefits package is not as robust as you may see some other places.
