    Pros

Amazing compensation, you get to work with incredibly intelligent people which gives you access to an amazing internal network. It's easy to explore different roles and teams and managers care about your growth.

    Cons

You have to be able to adapt quickly and adjust to change quickly because things are constantly pivoting direction.

    Pros

Everything you've read and heard already. Love the strong sense of community and a shared passion for what each does in their individual roles.

    Cons

The company moves fast, and in several roles you deal with a lot of ambiguity and that could potentially not appeal to some.

Great experience if you're a full time employee

    Pros

-Ability to recruit alongside very experienced and bright team members/leaders -Access to the best and unlimited resources to meet your goals and continued learning -No micromanaging; able to work with almost full autonomy -Office perks (free snacks, meals and shuttle services) -The most competitive pay on the market -401k matching after one year of being on contract -Able to expense home internet if WFH

    Cons

-Unfortunately, as a contractor you definitely get reminded that your not as valued as the FTE at FB. It was disappointing to see that during the pandemic the company awarded monetary relief (twice) to all their employees except contingent workers. Mark internally posted how he wanted to thank everyone for all their hard work during these difficult times; yet clearly not CW who make up half of their workforce. -Not to mention how awkward it is to be in internal team chats where they discuss how thankful they are for the company's generosity, then everyone ghosts you when you ask them to elaborate. -You are also excluded from company events, free swag during on-boarding and giveaways, and bonus' (if your in Recruiting). -The communication between FB and staffing agencies is terrible. You often aren't aware of any changes or updates until days after announcements are made.
