      Pros

      quite good salary conditions, that's it.

      Cons

      lack of good management, of meritocracy. Employees may advance just if they result yes men or if they look nice to the leadership. Very top down organization, poor company culture and old-fashioned work relationship.

      Pros

      The Blue light card,time between jobs.

      Cons

      No benefits, no sick pay, flat rate overtime, dont pay you when you get back late,flat rate for all bank Holidays including Xmas day, no time in lieu, given unreasonable jobs, communication very poor throughout whole company.
