This company is a scam and it's verging on being a cult. The management team is detrimental. Someone with poor communication skills repeatedly shows the same slides every week. The other one just plays around with AI tools, but nobody knows to what end, probably to feed his ego. Moreover, if you're one of the 'lucky' ones staying in the house rented by the company, you'll likely end up hearing one of them loudly during intimate moments. It's the company with the worst executive team I've ever seen. Another 'great' addition (please read this with a hint of irony) was a LinkedIn junkie who boasts about being an ex-employee of his previous companies. No one knows what he does or contributes, other than spamming the company with articles that no one reads.

Founders have a history of shutting down businesses without warning (Halcyon), so I'm never sure how much longer we really have. There are endless Covid booster mandates, and as soon as the new omicron booster is available, that will be mandated too. Management is unprofessional, and thinks it is appropriate to air dirty laundry in public (see the glass door post from Sept 3, 2021). I've never before worked for a company where this would be acceptable.
