Dont join as a courier. The operation is super terrible. Annual leave must plot by December for the entire year for the following year. Worst, u are competing with your workgroup member for the leave. Around 22 people. Only 1 or 2 will get it. Leave plotting must be mininum 3 days. Best 1 whole week so chances to get is easier. Management dont care for your wellfare. How sick u are or your love ones also they dont care as long you come work. Manpower is always an issue. In fedex u cant afford to be sick. MC will deduct incentive. 3 days MC u wont get any incentive for the month. Post Public holiday and December will be blocked leave. No one can take leave during this period. Supposedly to work 5.5 days a week but they will let you off 2 to 3 times of Saturday in a month. Dont be happy. They let u off but will deduct 4 hours of your overtime since u supposed to come. Totally unfair.

Very long hours until MOM limits. MOM website shows can't work more than 12hrs but in FedEx Singapore can. Gotta work 6days Carry 34kg Cut bonus if take MC or urgent leave. Annual leave base on ballot. Can't apply which day you want. They give you which day they want. Very big area you cover.daily must hit 45-50 stops.

Great Work Life Balance. Salary was average. Btw performance bonus was there.

Management was not so good. There were good managers at the company definitely, however, at accounting team, mostly they were very old fashioned.
