      Pros

      Very nice & easy-going collegueas

      Cons

      The company has 2 layoffs within 6 months. As a start-up, they allocate tasks and responsibilities beyond the job descriptions. They ask employees for high performance but they don't give the same benefits in return. Overall, the management does not know how to manage a company in crisis.

      There are some nice people working there.

      Cons

      Chaos itself is less chaotic than this “company”. Work-life balance is nowhere to be found. You end up having a different role that the one you were hired for. Average to bad salaries unless you are a tech employee. Management is a joke, literally amateurs. If you dare to complain of any of the above, they will make (false) promises in order to temporarily shut your mouth and keep you longer but they ain’t gonna change anything.

      Pros

      Some of the employees there are nice guys, and the office is in the central part of the city (well, I believe that management could rent something cheaper and stop laying off tons of people)

      If you are about to join this company or have an interview process, run! All of these reviews with 1 star are so true. I didn't want to believe it and was confident everything would be okay. But it wasn't. Management is just some amateurs playing bosses, and they never did and will not respect their employees (even though they are trying to convince you they do). Please, don't do this to your career. Please do not join this company; it will not end well for you anyways.
