      Compensation is good. Team is dedicated.Typically offer RSUs.

      Cons

      No 401k match. Career growth is something they stuggle to offer their employees. Stock performance is lacking.

      Pros

      - great team members, very smart and innovative - company has many innovative ideas for the future - company encourages members to innovate on new ideas for the product(s) - flex time off (not restricted to the typical 14 days a year) - open to remote work

      Cons

      - while many innovative ideas are out there, prioritization can sometimes make it feel like some projects just keep getting pushed back - no 401k match - culture of "scrum" and agile development, but implementation is lacking sometimes

      Competitive salaries, good health plans, unlimited PTO, cool products, good industry to be in, nice office perks, WFH options

      Cons

      Layoffs every 6-9 months that butcher morale and conveniently eliminate good employees, overlooking people who are terrible. Guess leadership expects the good ones left behind to pick up the slack for everyone. People leave left and right to escape the sinking ship. Leadership and organizational changes seemingly every quarter, combined with always-changing business strategies (attempts to remain relevant as FEYE falls behind competitors). If our leaders don't even want to stick around, why should average employees? R&D priorities are constantly being changed, months-long efforts and investments are killed at the drop of a hat. Revenue-generating products are gutted, hiring all goes to India. Lack of 401k matching is "offset" by stock options... Go look up FEYE stock price. Lots of internal politics and all that comes with it.... Can't count how many times I've heard newer employees ask "Is this normal here?"

      Pros

      Free snacks. Good computer setups. You'll probably learn a lot at first. Some coworkers are very smart. Good, cool, smart CEO.

      Cons

      You can easily get paid more at many neighboring companies for doing the same job. FireEye will pretend they pay competitively, however, which is easily disprovable. No 401K matching. Benefits are mediocre. Free lunch was offered but was terrible. You can work very hard and not be rewarded for it while others will advance who did less. Unclear, inconsistent promotions. Nearly zero external training given; they expect that internal training is all you need and want. It is likely you'll learn a lot less after about a year.

      -Good work/life balance -Good benefits: Tuition Reimbursement, Paternity/Maternity leave, unlimited PTO, stocked fridges and snacks

      Cons

      -No 401K matching -Raises were not annually, and if they did happen most times it was just stock that you lose if you get laid off or quit, not an actual increase to your base pay
