If the department that you are team with performs well, this Company may comforts you well with the nice payment package and remote jobs opportunities.

Cons

If the department that you are team with unperformed even for one quarter, and even if the real reasons are not due to the luck of the team effort but due to the external circumstances, the owners are very prone to resolve issues by cutting that whole department over night.

Getting used working in high stress enviroment,required to lear new web marketing technologies fast

Cons

No clear feedback on productivity and performance requirements and on employee contribution,lots of back stabbing between employes,job assigments change in nature on hourly bases during the day,no clear option for advancement inside the company

We apologize that you felt that you didn't have clear feeedback on your performance. All of our new staff members get a 90 day review after their first 3 months with First Beat Media. After that, we have quarterly reviews every 3 months in addition to an annual review in November.

Very high-school like environment which you can't realize until you spend some time in the company. It's very clique-like and you advance based on who you know and who your good with. HR people are also a part of that system, so there's not much you can do about it. Very gossipy and very unhealthy environment. Would not recommend it for long-term employment.
