Pros

You have the potential to meet some genuine kind-hearted fellow employees, that's about it. I suppose if you are looking to get into the insurance industry (as an adjuster) medical field, its decent experience to put on a resume.

Cons

When I was there, they were cutting back on literally everything, then basically having employees take on other departments/employees roles/work without any type of compensation, they just give you more and more but comes without the title or pay.

Pros

managers are great... it’s not easy being management and they have a business to run. Despite the reviews this is a great company to work for. Just do your job (it’s what they are paying you for). Prior management was good but too interested in being your friend. There is opportunity as long as you DO YOUR JOB.... excited for the future.0

Cons

Just finally having management that hold people accountable.

Pros

Can’t really think of any besides my manager

Cons

I have been with the company for over 3 years and the last year has been horrible. I just witnessed 2 good managers after several years leave because of the EW manager. He comes in here once a month and no one likes him. He has no personality and expects everyone to bow down to him. When will someone realize he is the problem. Hopefully before the company folds. I am looking for a new job as are most of the employees that are actually still here. Stay away if you want a good place to work. No 401k match either
