- Net loss in profits since the companies inception, still at a huge loss today

- Personal development and appraisals have been written off for the last 2 years, giving little to no structure for progression or higher pay
- Upper management insist on honesty from employees, but the same is not returned when we ask for the same
- Socials have gone from being a highlight to something people are choosing to avoid because they're poorly done
