      Toxic culture, ineffective managers

      People in the office are good

      Cons

      A lot of the people in management positions are not suited for these roles. They are ineffective, disengaging and demotivating. Don't even bother trying to go above and beyond, because it will never be enough for them. Managers in different states, don't get to see what the team goes through day in and day out, but then makes assumptions that everything is fine, when in reality, no one is taking a lunch break, people come early and leave late, for not so much as a good job or thank you.

      Management team are all disrespectful of staff,rude and treat them like dirt. The culture at this company in NZ is so toxic that do many great people leave .management team are all self scented,selfish and up themselves

Our HR team (locally and at the Group level) is always available to employees to talk through any concerns or challenges and we do believe the communication from senior management is very open and inclusive.

      Not the company to work for.

      Pros

      Have a great on the ground staff mix who are all unhappy.

      Cons

      Senior management are so far away from being in touch with the employees. They aspire to be an employee of choice but have no idea on how to even a approach it or even start treating their staff professionally. The HR department should be relabelled to fleetpartners management assistance not human resources.
