      In my role, I have a lot of opportunities to contribute my ideas and set my own accents. The marketing team is incredibly helpful and professional. I enjoy working at Flip. The pay is appropriate.

      Pros

      Flip is one of the best tech scaleup companies in Europe with lovely and performance driven people. We have a very open and success driven culture with clear and candid feedback bottom up and top down.

      Cons

      Working at Flip is very demanding from a skill level requirement but also from a commitment and working hours perspective. While everyone is participating on the upside, it still is not for everyone.
