Great team (except of management), strong and loyal client base, personal and professional growth is still available due to small number of employees, fast-growing market.
Cons
Opaque strategy and awful internal communications. Dogmatic way of management.
Management does not listen to the teams, does a lot of strategic and human resource mistakes.
Obvious things like client complaints, work-life balance, low salary reports are ignored and people are demotivated.
