      traditional company. family business. Work life balance is possible in certain department. Expected to multitask and swap between different roles

      Hierarchy is quite flat. Do not expect promotion and great career progression.

      Pros

      Sales reps work remote from their home office and if you work hard and are committed you can make great money. The company is growing which is a good sign. Customer satisfaction is very high.
