Terrible place to work

Pros

Free parking (although it’s in the middle of a swamped building site)

Cons

You’re just a number to management and you’re constantly looked down on. Chris Meadows especially unless you’re a good looking young woman (which is quite creepy) you won’t get anywhere within this company. Top performers don’t get praised and pushed for progression but if you’re a young woman with below average stats then you will, Hours can be long and shifts too even when they’re running out of leads you’re expected to sit there in silence and not do anything else. You’re sold a dream in the hiring process but then get shot down after your probation and just left to go nowhere. Parking is terrible, as said managers and directors expect staff to park in the middle of a building site, that’s swamped, flooded, filthy and a 10 minute walk from the office yet managers get a kushy spot right in front of the building. You have to fight to get your overtime and bonus paid correctly. There is no help from management at all to go anywhere or even get better at your job.

Sorry you felt the need to leave such a negative and unfair review. How you describe your experience with us isn't the norm or how the majority of our people feel.

Pros

Not many. The people are great at your level. Training sessions by the training department are good.

Cons

Too many to list. No managers, just subject matter experts that sporadically do 121s. Certain sales staff with God complexes. No sick pay. No appointment time. Honestly, probably a good job if you are 22 and looking for a step in the door.

Pros

You get experience in finance

Cons

Chris meadows is a bully, especially towards woman. He makes life hell and enjoys the power trip. No one likes him but no one stands up to him. If you did you would be gone. No senior or HR protection from him either. Joke of a company worst 2 years of my life. Avoid, clown company
