      Pros

      Friendly staff and Managers, flexible hours and working with great kiddos. Offers great free trainings in ABA and Early childhood development.

      Cons

      Unprofessional and waited months before they were able to get me any hours. Uncompensated drive time for training with a 2 hour commute one way to work minimal hours. Also lower pay then other local ABA providers.

      Clients and their families, some supervisors were supportive

      Cons

      Mistreatment of autistic people, use of escape extinction, forced eye contact, desensitization training, teaching clients to mask their autistic traits.. They throw brand new technicians into homes with almost zero training, months would go by where supervisors wouldn't communicate with me about a client at all. They expect techs to live on 25-30 hours a week while driving hundreds of miles per week.

      Pros

      Management treats you as an equal and is much like family. High pay wage 17.50 to 20 to start. Flexible schedule so that you may work part time and go to school easily.

      Cons

      Lack of supervision. Lack of proper training. Lack of hours. May have to travel outside your area for hours. Clients family’s cancel a lot or insurance puts them on hold and most times you can’t make up the hours. Will only pay for mileage if 2 or more clients...does not include drive time to 1st client and home or to meetings.
