Cons
Upper management: They dont care about the "Boots on the Ground" employees, We're Sacks of meat, earning them +/- $25 million per year.. We make minimum wage, regardless of how many years you have worked with the company. The Mobile's have seniority over the "boots on the ground" and they make Minimum wage. You use your own vehicle at all locations, but You're not offered a Travel is paid if you are outside your jurisdiction, and then its less than the current gas prices, They wont give the travel tax forms to their employees. Footprints is the largest Security Company on the Island, and the cheapest. ANYONE who gives rave reviews to this company, has been paid to do so.. There was an EMAIL that was sent out by head office, offering a $10 Tims Card for GOOD google reviews.
