Really great co-workers that are creative, interesting and great at problem solving
Cons
On site management seems to have their own internal issues that influence the way they work, who they listen to, and who they promote. Is more interested in creating drama then having a team that comes in, does a good job and goes home

Friendly co-workers, and a casual environment.
Cons
Ego centric owners, with condescending attitudes. Workers are often exposed to racist or sexist conversations that are completely unprofessional in the office. You will be expected to do too much work for the amount that you get paid.
