De Paul Treatment Centers serves an important mission in our community--helping people find freedom from addiction. Many of the staff are in recovery or are alums of the program. It is an inspiring organization to work for! The benefits are pretty good -reasonable health care rates, with vision and dental included. The PTO and paid vacation days are very generous compared to other companies, as is the employer matched 401k retirement plan. Flexible Spending Accounts let you save money for transportation, parking, or medical costs. I love getting to work somewhere that makes such a vital difference in people's lives. My co-workers are wonderful and fun to collaborate with. Overall, I would highly recommend De Paul Treatment Centers as a great place to work!

They provide opportunities to gain valuable clinical experience. Supervisors are laid back but professional. I was able to work independently as I my supervisor was not a micro-manager (though some are).
