-Unique work experience -Great people to work with -Boss was supportive knowing that I wasn't the most experienced in programming -I enjoyed working in vehicles and working on their latest, coolest cars

The job changed from Feature Validation to Data Engineering (which is not what I signed up for). I don't mind the challenge and I have some background in it, however, the organization and team made abrupt changes after my first couple of months on the job without any feedback or asking how comfortable or how I felt. Uncertainty is always a stressful thing. -Automotive is a very up-and-down (volatile) industry, when it's up it's great, however when it's down, layoffs and people losing work is an unfortunate reality.
