Look around, over 50% of your coworkers won’t be their next year, how the board of directors has not looked into this is beyond me. Almost everything else. There was constant gossip, drama, firings, resignations in my 1 year there. It’s kind of silly how much time is spent on drama when there are actual lives in need.
