Cons
Frontdesk does not train its employees properly, specifically city managers. They are hired and left to figure out the rest. They tell you that you will be managing a team, but leave you with out one. You'll clean about 10-17 units a day, by yourself until you find time to hire cleaners. You'll be forced to meet unrealistic expectations from a brand new company that is still "figuring it out". The pay is definitely not worth the stress. Reviews will fall due to company wide errors and spreading rapidly throughout the U.S. sacrificing quality for quantity an expecting City Mangers to clean up and maintain the mess.
