Misleading and not worth the low salary

Opportunity to work from home.

Cons

Frontdesk does not train its employees properly, specifically city managers. They are hired and left to figure out the rest. They tell you that you will be managing a team, but leave you with out one. You'll clean about 10-17 units a day, by yourself until you find time to hire cleaners. You'll be forced to meet unrealistic expectations from a brand new company that is still "figuring it out". The pay is definitely not worth the stress. Reviews will fall due to company wide errors and spreading rapidly throughout the U.S. sacrificing quality for quantity an expecting City Mangers to clean up and maintain the mess.

Pros

The money is good They give you supplies The hours are ok

Cons

They dont appreciate the [eople that work hard for them. Managers put their lives on the line and also have to deal with alot. The company only cares about making money and doesnt care that managers could be killed doing the job. Plus managers never get a day off

Pros

Working remotely 100%, ability to speak to leadership at all levels with no restricted access, truly feeling like your ideas and thoughts are heard, flexible PTO policy, amazing and supportive work environment with truly talented individuals on all levels of the company.

Cons

Working remotely with teams spread across different time zones can make for longer days on large projects or tasks with a high priority, communication with coworkers can be difficult at times due to the aforementioned time differences, pay is on the lower end of the scale for similar organizations.
